According to Adam Schefter the Saints have tendered WR Wiilie Snead IV. This is a level three tender which means they have the right of first refusal. Means they can match the offer and retain Willie, like they did keeping Rafael Bush out of the hands of the Atlanta Falcons. No compensation comes with the tender.
Tender for Saints’ WR Willie Snead will be the right of first refusal only, per source, and there will be a market for him. No draft pick compensation to sign Snead.

The Saints do not plan to tender RFA Delvin Breaux, per source. The cornerback is likely to hit the free-agent market tomorrow.

With the Drew Brees Deal done the Saints now know what their cap space is and can make the Willie Snead tender, as well as make other Plays in free agency. Jimmy Graham is a possible priority for the Saints.
