Another New Orleans Saints free agent signing before the NFL draft next week, the Saints have brought back WR Brandon Coleman, per Ian Repoport. Coleman was one of four restricted free agents to not receiver a tender with only Willie Snead having one placed on him. (Delvin Breaux, Jack Allen and David Parry were other others).
With the addition of Cameron Meredith, the Saints receiver group currently has Michael Thomas, Ted Ginn Jr., Coleman, Meredith, Austin Carr, Travin Dural and Tommylee Lewis. Snead is currently listed on the Saints roster and is participating in workouts, but has yet to official re-sign with the team.
Coleman, a UDFA product out of Rutgers, finished 2017 with 23 catches, 364 yards and 3 touchdowns.
WR Brandon Coleman is signing back with the #Saints, source said. He was an RFA, non-tendered, but signs back in New Orleans.
