The thought of waking up to football is pretty fun, and that’s what we have to kick off Sunday across the NFL in Week 6. Two NFC South foes clash as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-3) are the home team against the Carolina Panthers (3-2) at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. It’ll be the 39th time these two meet, with the most recent meeting in Week 2. That game saw Bruce Arians’ squad defeat Ron Rivera and company 20-14 in Carolina. The Panthers hold the all-time series lead 23-15.
It’ll be the first time the Panthers have played across the pond, while this will make the third time the Buccaneers travel to be on display in the UK (2009 and 2011). Last week, the Panthers knocked off the legend of Gardner Minshew and the Jaguars, as Christian McCaffrey had a stellar outing on the day. As for the Buccaneers, they’re coming off a pretty bitter defeat at the hands of the Saints.
It should be an entertaining matchup to tune into, as NFL Network will have the call and broadcast. There’s also a variety of ways to stream this game.
