FanPulse: Saints fans confidence takes a small dip entering Week 13

Not everyone was pleased with the way the Saints handled the Panthers on Sunday.

It may not have been the prettiest win for the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, but they’re still 9-2 regardless. The latest FanPulse results reveal that fans are still super confident heading into Thanksgiving’s game with the Atlanta Falcons. Speaking of Thanksgiving, the national questions SB Nation put out have some interesting results. Fans were asked to vote on what dish to remove from the menu forever on Turkey Day, which saw yams/sweet potato casserole and green bean casserole tie. That’s absurd. Also, the Bills-Cowboys game got the most love for the best exciting matchup to watch, which makes sense for those who awake after their lunch food coma.

Current Confidence Level - 90% (previously 100%)

The Saints jumped out to an early 14-0 lead over the Panthers on Sunday, and looked to have the game in-hand early. However, Carolina was able to battle back and eventually tie the game. All things considered, the Panthers probably should have won or at least had the go-ahead score. They took over with just over six minutes left in the game after the Saints failed their 4th down attempt inside their own territory, and were able to bleed the clock down to less than two minutes. Thankfully, Joey Slye happened and Drew Brees was able to pilot a game-winning drive.
