29 of 30 for 307 yards and four touchdowns.
Drew Brees had four times as many touchdown passes as he did incompletions Monday Night against the Indianapolis Colts. In addition to breaking Peyton Manning’s career touchdown mark, Brees also broke Philip River’s single game completion percentage record.
It’s no surprise then that he was just named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week.
Drew Brees' historic performance leads to another honor:

This is the first time Drew has won this award in 2019 after winning twice in 2018, including for his 2018 Monday Night Football performance when he broke Peyton Manning’s all time yardage record against Washington.
Well deserved, Drew. Congratulations.
