Sunday NFL Football: Week 1 late games thread

Hope you like watching the Giants and Cowboys in the afternoon.

Five late kickoffs await us in Week 1, as this 2019 NFL season moves along. We’re in for a treat on Sunday Night Football, but before we get there we have some things to pay attention to this afternoon. Here’s what we’re working with.

The Giants-Cowboys game gets the Joe Buck-Troy Aikman duo in FOX’s Game of the Week. It’ll be the 115th time the two meet, which includes one postseason game. Dallas leads the all-time series 66-46-2, and has won four straight.

The Kyler Murray and Kliff Kingsbury era kicks off in Arizona, as does fresh starts for the Bengals (Zac Taylor) and Buccaneers (Bruce Arians). Also noteworthy is life without Andrew Luck for the Colts, who turn to Jacoby Brissett and start off facing the Chargers at Dignity Health Sports Park.
