Tomorrow, the Green Bay Packers and the San Francisco 49ers will play in the NFC Championship Game. While New Orleans Saints fans wish it was their team representing the Super Bowl out of the NFC, it will ultimately come down to San Francisco or Green Bay. How do NFL fans feel about this matchup? It turns out vast majority NFL fans want the 49ers to beat the Packers.

The result of fans rooting for the 49ers might be due in part to a seeming lack of trust in Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers. When asked which team will “blow it” (AKA “go full Falcons”) in the NFC Championship Game, the overwhelming majority voted it would be the Packers who would go full Falcons.

Speaking of going full Falcons, San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan was the offensive coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons when they infamously blew a 25-point lead in the Super Bowl to Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. Combine that with the fact that Aaron Rodgers is a former Super Bowl MVP, and I was honestly a little surprised fans had such sweeping confidence in the 49ers.
I guess we’ll see on Sunday, but what do you think will happen in the game? Tell me in the comments. Send me presents.
