The New Orleans Saints welcomed the return of Drew Brees last week, but it wasn’t enough to take down Patrick Mahomes and the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs. The Saints were able to keep it respectable, but injuries on both sides of the ball were not enough for the Saints, and they fell 32-29 to the Chiefs.
This week, the New Orleans Saints face their playoff rival foe Minnesota Vikings, with a victory by New Orleans giving the Saints their fourth-consecutive NFC South title. The Vikings are not going to do down without a fight, though, as they are still right in the think of a wildcard hunt themselves.
The two teams kickoff Christmas afternoon.
