CSC Staff Picks, Week 16: Saints expected to clinch division

With the 2020 NFL season now entering Week 16, we’re continuing our new weekly bit where some of the staff here at Canal Street Chronicles tries to pick winners and losers for every NFL game each week.

In Week 15, it was generally a bad week for the New Orleans Saints. The Saints were unable to clinch a fourth-consecutive NFC South title after the Buccaneers beat the Falcons and the Saints lost to the Kansas City Chiefs. In the fight for the number one seed in the NFC, the Green Bay Packers were able to gain ground in the running for the top seed by beating the Carolina Panthers.

After back-to-back losses, the CSC staff expects the Saints to bounce back with a win over the Minnesota Vikings and finally clinch that elusive division title.
