The only thing worse than being stuck at home is being stuck at home without Saints football. Thankfully, we are not subjected to such a fate. The NFL has made NFL Gamepass free until May 31st. This means that while many of us are on lockdown, we can still enjoy a good Black and Gold victory. So we thought we would set you up with a quick watchlist. Five games every Saints fan should watch during the lockdown.

5. Super Bowl LI - Atlanta Falcons vs. New England Patriots

Sure, this one is not a Saints game. But every Saints fan should take some time to relive the most notable choke-job in sports history as the Atlanta Falcons blew a 25-point lead in the Super Bowl. In fact, what better chance to to celebrate Arthur Blank’s incredibly humiliating dance party being cut short as the Falcons lost their 28-3 lead than on March 28th (3/28) itself? No better day to commemorate the most embarrassing loss in NFL, and possibly sports, history. Enjoy!

4. Week 11, 2017 - Washington at New Orleans

With only 5:15 left in this game, the Saints were down 15 points, 31 - 16. They then rattled off 18 unanswered points to seal a huge home victory in overtime. Two beautifully orchestrated Drew Brees drives leading to pair of scores including an impressive bobbling catch and run by Alvin Kamara and two-point conversion. This was one of the many moment in the Saints’ 2017 year that helped to elevate Alvin Kamara’s national status as he continued on to his eventually Offensive Rookie of the Year award. Meanwhile, the Saints defense was figuring out how to perform without his Defensive Rookie of the Year running mate Marshon Lattimore. They came through in the nick of time.

3. Week 13, 2019 - New Orleans at Atlanta Thanksgiving Game

No way you thought we were done with some Falcons slander did you? The Saints’ tradition of roasted Falcon on Thanksgiving continued for the second year in a row and was capped off by one of our favorite moments ever seen on a football field. Shy Tuttle grabs an interception off a Matt Ryan pass, Tuttle rumbles down the field and Ryan gives his feeble attempt to take him down. Ryan then meets Shy Tuttle’s mitt before meeting the turf. This is the perfect game to watch if you are in the mood for a laugh.

2. Week 8, 2015 - New York Giants at New Orleans

The Saint sand Giants met for one of the most electrifying offensive games ever played. Drew Brees and Eli manning combined for 13 touchdowns thrown and over 850 passing yards. In a 52-49 thriller, the two quarterbacks continued to carve up the opposing (and very porous) defenses in front of them. All concludes with one of Brees’ patented game winning drives he first hits CJ Spiller in the middle of the field in the red zone to tie the game, the Saints defense gets a stop, and then Brees leads the team down the field for Kai Forbath to knock through the game-winning field goal. An electrifying win.

1. Super Bowl XLIV - Indianapolis Colt vs. New Orleans Saints

Of course this is number one on the list. Hell had frozen over and pigs had flown so why not relive not only the Saints first ever Super Bowl appearance, but their Party with the Lombardi. Everything from Pierre Thomas’ excited catch and run, to Ambush, and of course Tracy Porter immortalizing himself in history with his finger-point pick-six off of Peyton Manning. There is no way any Saints fan should be stuck at home, unable to enjoy the pleasures of reliving that glorious February 7th, 2010 in Miami FL.
