CSC Lagniappe: Saints and NFL football in empty stadiums, are you kidding me?

Yeah, this is a possibility.

Yeah that’s a real possibility. We are going to have a virtual draft, no idea when players will get to training camp, and when the fast test for Covid-19 is a reality, the players should be able to practice. But what about the season. Below is the interview Drew Brees and his Wife Brittany had with talk show host Ellen Degeneres. The first part discusses their $5 million dollar contribution and makes me even prouder of our quarterback. Near the end Drew discusses how weird it would be to play with no fans in attendance.

Can you image. For the vast majority of us we’d be watching from home anyway but, the displaced Dome workers and food concessions is part of the “Dome Experience”. Will this happen, who knows at this point in time. Should it happen? Tell us what you thing about this and just about any other topic of interest. Visit and share. We all are missing a “normal life” so get together and help each other through these tough times. We all have challenges now and ahead of us but we don’t have to face them alone. I’m one of those who has an essential job in an essential industry so I’m fine financially. Many aren’t. I’m not a Doctor, nurse, trucker, in law enforcement, or a first responder , but I’m doing my part to keep those grocery shelves stocked. Let’s reflect and try to lift each other up.
