Drew Brees comes in laughably low in Chris Simms’s QB rankings

Fifteen.

That’s how many NFL quarterbacks Chris Simms thinks are better than New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees.

Fifteen.

Chris Simms has continued his quarterback ranking of the Top 36 quarterbacks in the NFL, and Drew Brees is the third quarterback to make the list for the Saints, behind Taysom Hill (36) and Jameis Winston (33). Drew comes in all the way at 16th.

For those of you keeping score at home, this surely means names like Patrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, Deshaun Watson, and Russell Wilson are all ranked higher than Brees in Chris Simms’s rankings. Fine.

But Jimmy Garoppolo? Kirk Cousins? Philip Rivers? Dak Prescott? Come on.

At this point, most of the NFL world knows Chris Simms is an expert level troll, but his hate for Drew Brees is almost comical a this point. Remember when he had Drew only barely crack his Top 10 rankings of quarterbacks all-time?

Let’s put aside the fact that he has Aaron Rodgers ranked as the greatest quarterback in the history of football. This ranking from Simms should be actionable in the justice system at this point.

I’m not sure what Drew said about Mrs. Simms when they were on the school yard, but it’s clearly stuck in Chris Simms’s head all these years.
