Looks like we’ll have to wait to see first round pick, Cesar Ruiz in action. The Saints have ruled both Cesar Ruiz and Marcus Davenport out for the Sunday matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Ruiz has missed the past 3 days of practice with an ankle injury and Davenport has been out as well with his elbow.
P.J. Williams was again limited with a hamstring and is listed as questionable.
For the Buccaneers S Andrew Adams (hamstring), CB Parnell Motley (hamstring), CB Ryan Smith (ankle), and LB Jason Pierre-Paul (NIR) were all full.
DE Ndamukong Suh had his vet day and didn’t practice on Friday.
WR Mike Evans (hamstring) practiced on a limited basis but is listed as doubtful. Bruce Arians only listed one other player as doubtful in 2019 and he didn’t play. In any case coach Arians says Mike Evans will be a game day decision.
Is everyone ready for Saints football?!
