Is Week 2 too early to call a game a battle of unbeatens?
On Monday Night Football, the 1-0 New Orleans Saints - coming off a convincing win over Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers - travel to Las Vegas for the home opener of the 1-0 Raiders, fresh off a win over Teddy Bridgewater’s Carolina Panthers.
This isn’t just the Raiders’ home opener of the 2020 season. No, this is the home opener for the entire Raiders franchise after relocating to Las Vegas, and their chance to debut their shiny new playing field, Allegiant Stadium.
Confidence is high for both fanbases right now, but only one team will come out on top Monday night.
We can hope it’s the Saints.
