With the 2020 NFL season now entering Week 3, we’re continuing our new weekly bit where some of the staff here at Canal Street Chronicles tries to pick winners and losers for every NFL game each week.
In Week 1, Chris and Ross picked the New Orleans Saints to lose to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but then each picked the Saints to beat the Las Vegas Raiders, so you can clearly blame the two of them for the Saints’ loss on Monday Night Football.
At least Ross and Chris are picking the Saints to lose on Sunday Night Football to the Green Bay Packers then, right? Maybe, but so too are others on the CSC staff.
Here are our live-updating picks:

We have another guest making picks with us this week, and this time it’s actress Kristin Bauer. Kristin is probably most known for her roles as Pam Beaufort on HBO’s True Blood and Maleficent on the ABC series Once Upon a Time. Here are Kristin’s picks:
Jaguars, 49ers, Washington, Eagles, Patriots, Falcons, Rams, Texans, Vikings, Panthers, Colts, Seahawks, Cardinals, Buccaneers, Saints, Chiefs
Not bad picks if I say so myself!
Here’s how past guests have done:
- Former Saints cornerback Delvin Breaux, Week 1: 12-4 (.750)
- Former Saints General Manager Randy Mueller, Week 2: 13-3 (.813)
Check back next week as we continue our weekly selections. Special shoutout to Kristin Bauer for joining us this week. Kristin is a huge animal lover and animal rights’ activist, so make sure you check out one of her favorite nonprofit organizations, Kitt Crusaders, based out of Los Angeles that focuses on rescuing cats and kittens - and make sure you donate while you’re there! Also, thanks to Tallysight for helping keep track with all of our picks each week and offering this super awesome graphic.
