Congratulations once again to all those who have won their fantasy leagues! Week 17 was tough as many top players missed games for a multitude of reasons. However, if you were able to plug and play the right people, you deserve all the credit in the world. The RB-less Saints managed to easily beat the Carolina Panthers, and will get a chance to get revenge on the Bears for failing to clinch the top seed for New Orleans in the first round.
STUD: Emmanuel Sanders
Here comes the moneeeeeeeeeey, here comes the money! Sanders caught 9 passes for 63 yards and a touchdown on Sunday, earning himself a $500,000 bonus for getting over 60 receptions on the year. Sanders had his best fantasy day since Week 5, scoring 16.5 ppr points. Sanders will finish the year inside the top 50 at his position, but more than likely would have been higher if he was able to play a full season with Drew Brees under center, as Sanders had six games in double figures with Brees at quarterback, and only one with Taysom Hill. If Sanders plays a full season with a good QB, he can still be a very effective top 25 fantasy option.

dud: Robby Anderson
Anderson had his third worst fantasy game of the year in the season finale. He caught only 3 passes for 40 yards on 7 targets. The Saints defense had another stellar performance on their way to the first ever sweep of the NFC South in history. Anderson had a good season all together though, finishing in the top 20 at his position. It will be interesting to see if he can take the next step to the top 15 if he can gain more traction with Teddy Bridgewater going into 2021.

STUD: Drew Brees
In what may have been his final regular season game, Drew Brees turned in another vintage performance. Brees threw for over 200 yards and 3 touchdowns with no interceptions on the way to clinching the #2 seed for the Saints. This was Brees’s best fantasy game since Week 9, and he looks like he is finally back to being 100% as the Saints enter the playoffs. If this was in fact Drew’s final regular season game in the NFL, what an incredible ride it has been.
