Start: Jameis Winston
Washington’s defense was supposed to be one of the best in the league this year. But so far, they are giving up the most points per game to opposing fantasy quarterbacks. The last three QBs to face the Football Team have all scored over 29 points. The volume for Winston is a definite concern, as his season high pass attempts is just 23, but this is the best matchup Winston has had thus far. I would put Winston as a top 15 play this week, if you are at all disappointed in your starting QBs output up to this point, Winston may be a good streaming option this week.

Sit: J.D. McKissic
McKissic leapt his way to a Washington victory over the Falcons in Week 4, and with it managed to score 14+ points for the second time in the last three weeks. McKissic’s role in the passing game is reason enough to roster him in most PPR leagues. With Antonio Gibson being a limited participant in practice on Thursday, McKissic could seemingly see an increased role on the field Sunday if Gibson has any limitations. If Gibson does not play, then McKissic is startable, but until then, he is simply not consistent enough to warrant a start in most leagues, especially with the Saints defense allowing the 9th fewest fantasy points to running backs so far this season.
