When the Atlanta Falcons drafted Florida tight end Kyle Pitts in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft, fans of the New Orleans Saints were rightfully concerned about their division rival’s offensive firepower. Matt Ryan, Julio Jones, Calvin Ridley, Hayden Hurst, and now Kyle Pitts?
Well have no fear, NFC South fans! The Atlanta Falcons then traded away one of the game’s best wide receivers in Julio Jones to the Tennessee Titans of the AFC. With Falcons’ fans understandably upset (but with no reason for surprise after Julio Jones already announced he had requested a trade and was “out” of Atlanta), Saints Twitter was able to have a little fun at the expense of the Falcons.
