Going into this game, many thought that this would be a total blowout in favor of the visiting Lions. While that was not the case with the New Orleans Saints fighting until the bitter end, a late comeback for them was just not enough to put away the Detroit Lions as they ended up falling 33-28.
So many things went into this loss, including the team finding themselves down 21-0 at the end of the 1st quarter, but the one constant that the fans inside the Superdome decided to air their grievances about were their feelings toward Derek Carr and the offense. Boo’s rang out throughout the stadium multiple times during the game towards the home team. If you think that was rough, let’s see what social media had to say about the game in addition to that.

They showed a lot of heart and fought hard to take this game back from Detroit till the very end.
I don't want to hear Mickey Loomis talk about all the good things the Saints did this Sunday. They lost....again.— Chris Rosvoglou (@RosvoglouReport) December 3, 2023
The Jameis Winston experience is honestly so fun to watch. He could throw for a first down. It could be a touchdown or an interception. You just never know what’s next.— Farrah Yvette (@farrah_yvette) December 3, 2023

Saints are going to sink to 5-7. Valiant effort in a comeback, but you don't get almost points in the NFL.— John Hendrix (@JohnJHendrix) December 3, 2023
we still lose, dennis allen and pete carmichael still keep their jobs another week, and another wasted sunday with the saints pic.twitter.com/RJ1ADnsRdY— Tayy of House Ackerman (@_babytayy2) December 3, 2023
