55. Jason David; cornerback; Colts, Saints; 2004-2008: Easily the lousiest cornerback of the 2000s, and a man whose 16 career interceptions can be chalked up to the old adage, "If they throw your way 30 times a game, you might catch one or two."

"They know (what they're missing), " said Jones, who led the Seahawks in rushing the past two seasons with 698 yards in 2008 and 663 in '09 before being phased out this summer. "There's a couple people up there that know what I can do, and those people were sad to see me go. But for the other ones, I definitely plan on showing them what I can do, what I have been doing -- and we'll leave it at that."

Why NFC South is off radar, television - NFC South Blog - ESPN

A lot of NFC South fans frequently ask why the NFC South doesn’t get more "respect’’ on the national level. I don’t know that respect is the right word, but I think it’s fair to say the NFC South doesn’t get a lot of attention on a national level. The New Orleans Saints get some because they’re the defending Super Bowl champions and have a bit of a national following. The Atlanta Falcons also get some attention because they’ve got Matt Ryan and some other marquee players. It's not that the national media doesn't respect the Saints. It's mostly just that they draw in more bang for their buck ad revenue when they talk about the higher market teams (East and North conferences). As with everything else, it's all about the money.
